My leadership journey in beauty has been anything but traditional, and that is exactly what has shaped my perspective. I started in high school with a beauty blog, which evolved into becoming the sole writer and editor of a long-form beauty magazine. From there, I moved into consulting across brands, ultimately leading to my most recent role as Content Communications Lead at EVE LOM.



What has remained consistent throughout my career is my ability to step in and help define a brand’s voice and world. I see leadership as shaping narrative, not just managing process. I am most energized when working with founders, indie brands, and startups to build something from the ground up. Helping articulate a vision, define tone of voice, and translate that into a cohesive brand universe is where I do my best work.
